INPUT REQUEST: Test Library examples

Requesting your help in locating Test Library formats (text, script languages, CSV/XLS, JSON/XML, ...) and examples.  Some of these may be test checklists (e.g. things you could test by generic page or object: ~180+ Sample test cases for web and desktop apps ) and others may test procedures (e.g. specific to a function or app/page: 20 scenarios for login and search ).
