Customer Test
Customer testing should be performed after internal test gates are passed and prior to full customer availability. Phased customer testing may be alpha, beta, cooperator, or acceptance testing.
State of the Test Union
A majority of organizations have widely varying tests that follow “no standard content” alignment for manual tests and minimal consistency for automation.
